This outline summarises existing academy operating principles; it must be checked against current policies before publication.
Class attendance
Students are expected to join on time. A lesson normally ends at its scheduled time even if the student joins late.
Missed lessons
Students should normally give at least four hours’ notice if they cannot attend. Unnotified missed lessons are not rescheduled under the existing academy policy. Confirm any exceptions and applicable consumer rights before publishing final terms.
Payments
The academy’s current policy requires payment before the first day of the month. Confirm billing, renewals and refund conditions with the payment provider and local legal requirements.
Learning environment
A quiet learning space, stable internet and respectful behaviour support productive lessons. Cameras are preferred unless there is a valid reason not to use them.
Recordings and materials
Recording and sharing class materials should not take place without permission. Child protection, data retention and privacy arrangements need dedicated approved terms.
