Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations for lessons, payment and cancellations. The final legal wording must be approved before publishing.
Attendance & rearranging
Students should give the academy or teacher at least 4 hours’ notice if they cannot attend a scheduled lesson. Missed classes without sufficient notice cannot normally be rearranged. If a student joins late, the class still finishes at the agreed time.
Monthly payments
Payment is expected before the first day of the month, unless the academy has agreed a different arrangement in writing.
Refunds and exceptional circumstances
The academy must publish its approved refund rules, dispute process, local legal information and how teacher-side cancellations are treated. Do not infer that a missed class or unused lessons automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
